today went well but most of all,
it's what ive gained from this war memorial service.
as we took a minute of silence,
i realised that they have given up their lives all for our country,
then i'd wonder if i'd do the same it it'd happen to me.

i truely admire their courage and strength.
they didnt allow SINGAPURA to fall without a fight.
if such a situation happens,
i shall defend my country and friends with all my heart.
i'd rather die knowing that i had done my best for my country
rather than die knowing that i did not do anything.

no one should take our freedom for granted,
our forefathers have worked hard to get us here today,
and we shall not dissapoint them.
