well today has been quite a day.
quite stressing actually,
luckily i'd drink redbull
earlier on which has made me kinda high.
plus 100 plus and loads of water..
had trainfire today,
yeah but no school can beat the best
feeling i have ever had in teaching a school in trainfire,
which was the all girls unit springfield.
so did the lessons as usual..
then after everything me and supervamp headed to MOC,
i was there to conquer the rope this time..
argh!!
but i didn't really conquer it,
however ive made an improvement:)
i can stand straight up from the second knot and was at
ankle level to the next knot.
this means more push-ups sabiruna!
im not letting that rope go off easily.
thank you supervamp for teaching me the technique.

i heard from chawn rong today that the
female captain of his school's dragon boat team could do 27 pull-ups.

yeah so while walking,
SM was driving out when he saw us and tumpang,
stp, super vamp and me:)
haha drove us to YCK MRT station,
then saw this car the logo looks so unfamiliar,
it said sebring,
i'd check it out on google and its a chrylser car..
never heard of it before man..
yeah..
and im glad everything's out,
that you know.
im sorry if i'd make a rash decision,
but i did what i thought was best for a friend like you,

nice right..
InsyaAllah if i work hard enough i'd get them both,
but if finacially constraint,
i'd be happy just to ride my vespa everywhere:)
and i heard Danny(i think that's his name) from american idol singing this song,
it's the first time ive heard a male version of this,
and i must say he pulled it off so well.
i admire him for his undying love towards his late wife.
